Let's examine this:

1. California is broke (nothing to emulate here)

2. "Crazy" everywhere else is "normal" in California (nothing to emulate here either unless you get rid of mental health problems by simply redefining them as normal.) Maybe that's it you redefine the problem out of existance.
They can have my guns when they can pry them from my cold dead fingers. A man with a gun is a citizen, a man without a gun is a subject.

LOL .This is stupidity .Even the state is investigating it FOR ABUSE IN THE PROGRAM .oH YES THE RICH ARE PAYING FOR IT .
