I believe I've mentioned for quite some time that with his penchant for Executive Orders and giving powers without Legislative authorization to the agencies, it's quite possible that he will circumvent the Constitution and make an end run around Congress.

And if they were classified as such under the Gun Control Act of 1968, you'd have to go through all of the hoopla to keep it...just as you would if you wanted to own a fully automatic rifle.
