What scares me is that dozens of federal agencys having the authority to set there own regulations without having to have congressional approval. Does this have to be approved by congress first? Or does it work like an executive order? |

I hope no one believes that this was simply a matter of oversight. This was a strategically executed plan, and it's purpose was to evade the proper legislative procedures and processes. This is tantamount to another Executive Order, just as bpearce pointed out. |

As noted in a prior ost I could not find due to the great NAHC search engine... The EPA missed two deadlines MANDATED by law prior to the election to disclose the new regulation proposals. One at the beginning of 2012 and one I believe in Sep. This was no accident/oversight, this was an election strategy knowing well that this could have swayed people against Obama! |
