Under the Patriot Act anyone can be charged as a terrorist if the prosecutor finds anything that can be considered " illegal " ( by their definition ) and have to go to jail, make bail, hire an attorney, go to court, and if it is proven that the charges are not true the case will be dimissed. Even if this is the way it happens you have still been in jail, paid a bondsman, an attorney, lost time on the job because of it all and no hope of getting reimbursed for money spent. IF the items found were as described then it would be appropriate for them to be arrested but it will take the attorney and time to see what the outcome is. |
