I got the chance to hunt buffalo spur of the moment, I put a little post under BIG GAME HUNTING on this forum with some of the details it is under 'Bison Hunting' if you might be interested in reading about the hunt, but here are some pics!

The meat is good, but it is very lean, not alot different than venison
