I'm somewhat 'puter literate but have never used OE.  I try to stay away from Micro$oft software if possible. (H3ll, I'd run Linux but I have to play support for my wifes laptop and she has to run WinBLOWS )

Anyhow, in a normal mail program you have a "compose" or "write" button that opens another window for you to compose your note.  Somewhere on there, there should be an "attach" or "insert" button that you can use to add or attach pictures.   Again, I've never used OE so I'm just guessin' here.

Welcome to the forum, btw. Join in!  There are a multitude of discussions going on and there are a bunch of good folks here. This s probably the top "perk" of the Club, but only if you use it.

Windows outlook express is ancient history by today's standards and will fail to operate correctly when its db gets full. I assume you're also running an earlier version of windows. And yes, both you and Steve are correct about composing a new email and attach or simply right-button click over a pic and send should have accomplished the same result. You can probably remedy this by downloading the latest email client program. Either windows mail or windows live mail, and both are free. Good luck.
