Just noticed small dried up acorns falling in central Wi. Squirrels are scarfing up what they can, Looks to me to be a real different archery season coming up, Farm fields or low land, May as well forget oak ridges !!! Anybody else seeing anything better ?

I also noticed that somes apples were dropping last month already, i think food plots are really going to come into play this fall with the reduced corn

I took a ride to hunting land saturday to check out clover food plot ! WOW how sad----Burnt to a crisp !!! Food Plot Shot---Acorns drying up and falling, Whats plan #3 ? WATER !!!

im going to plant sometime in august, a few acres of alfalfa and throw some other grasses on the edges i figure what corn their is will come off early leaving anything green as their main course,fortunatly for me i have enough lowland that ground moisture is not a problem
