OK HELP ME OUT FELLOW CAROLINIANS . I'M A RETIRED POLICE OFFICER AND JOINED THE CLUB WITH GOOD INTENT. HOWEVER, NO MAGAZINE EVER CAME AND NO FREE WILD GAME COOKBOOK. WHAT I'M NOW RECEIVING IS A MONTHLY SET OF BOOKS I DIDNT ORDER AND WILL SOON BE BILLED FOR. WHAT DO I DO JUST TO GET THE MAGAZINE THAT I PAID FOR AND AVOID PAYING FOR BOOKS I DON''T WANT. WHO DO I WRITE OR CALL. NO ONE EVER RESPONDS IN MINNESOTA. I STILL HAVE CONTACTS AT THE STATE AND FEDERAL LEVEL , BUT WHY CAN'T A PERSON JUST GET WHAT WAS PROMISED FOR THE MONEY PAID. I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO BEING PART OF SOMETHING GOOD. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

I am not sure why you are not receiving the magazine, I have not had that issue.  As for the books, sent them back.  Most companies that send this type of mailings out have a return label in with thim.  I also understand that under NC law states that a person is not required to pay items they did not order.  

I have contacted the NAHC years back to correct an issue but do not remember the path I took.  I am pretty sure it was an emai address listed on the website.

Good luck getting this settled, the magazine does made for interesting reading.

IN REFERENCE TO THE ORIGINAL POST , I FINALLY GOT AN ISSUE OF THE MAGAZINE . I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYMORE UNTIL THIS LAST ISSUE (JUNE/JULY). I PAID FOR THE BOOK AND HOPEFULLY WON'T BE RECEIVING ANYMORE . I FIGURED WELL MAYBE LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP IS THE WAY TO TRAVEL. MY REQUEST IS CURRENTLY PENDING , SO I GUESS ITS WAIT AND SEE IF ALL IS FAIR IN THE EAST. THANKS FOR THE RESPONSES RELATING TO THIS POST.

it took about 6 or 7 weeks for my c-book and 1st mag to arrive and as for the books i kept some and sent the rest back using the return label that was enclosed.   hope this helps
