I've got a rifle elk hunt planned the second week of October in Units 57 and 58 and I was checking to see if anyone out there had any information on rainfall, conditions and the elk forecast in those zones.  Thanks very much.

I don't think it is a matter of non residency, No one has answerd any of the last three topics. Seems that New Mexicans on this forum just do not want to help! I would offer advice, but i mainly hunt deer and small game.
