I was wondering if anyone could give me any information about Hart Co KY. My buddy and I just got a small lease in the middle of Hart Co. and I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of what to expect as far as deer numbers in the area, are there many large bucks harvested in that county and so on. The property of about 120 acres and is all woods, but the landowner did some minor clear cutting already and I don't think it has been hunted for a few years. Any information about deer activity, and populations type things is greatly appreciated. Here a 120 inch buck is huge and by buddy said that from what he has read online there are much bigger deer all over that county and surrounding counties. We are from VA and it will be about a 5 hour drive for us. Thanks all.

Decent deer in Hart County. Luck of the draw or hunt hard, does not really matter. The area has a lot of hunting pressure. BTW, most of the guys that hunt the area are very closed mouthed about what they see and exactly where they hunt because of the hunting pressure.
