I live in east central Indiana. I know that there are getting to be more in our area, but I think you will have to go north Indiana to have any luck. I have hunted here all my life and never saw one in the wild. I am not saying they are not here, just not abundent. |

DNR will tell ya southern Indiana with Monroe reservoir as a general norther guideline for feral hogs. Although they have crossed north there is very little info regarding locations anywhere in the state. If they are there.. locals are keeping it quiet. If anyone finds more or more current info lemme know.. I would LOVE to go along on a good feral hog hunt. |

The Hogs are here, seen them and hunted them. They are doing alot of damage to property. Took a year to find just general information on where to start looking, decided to get in the truck and spend a day looking for the general area and then going door to door asking ppl about them found our first piece of property by 10am. Hunted that area for a few years til the property was leased out, they are spreading into other counties now.... |

Ther are wild pigs in Warrick and Gibson county. Most try and keep it a secret so they can hunt them all by themselves...lol They were introduced in the early to late 90's...Tennison and southern edge of Hoosier National forrest would be a good place to start. Chris Fonner LM *God bless and Happy hunting!
