Hi,
I lost my hunting partner of many deers, elk, antelope, bears and thousands of varmints several years ago. Hunting alone just doesn't give me as much enjoyment. I miss the conversations we had planning, executing our hunts, campfires cure everything in the world philophasies and companionship.
Due to my age and health I don't move as fast or far as I used to, but I still get out and go. I also like to fish but really haven't done much of that, unless it's been incidental with my hunting, for several years.
I wouldn't mind mentoring a younger person that was self sufficient, as I can't afford to buy all the transportation and incidentals for both of us.
I have available to me some very great rock chuck and whistle pig hunting areas that I love to hunt from spring into the first part of summer. I do a lot of trapshooting and long range shooting as well. I just became a serious long range hunter and love it.
If you're looking for a friendship, that could be culminated through hunting, get in contact with me. I live in close to Twin Falls., ID.

I need a mentor. I am still looking for work. I have a good gun for most big game. I could borrow a rifle for varmits. I live in Spirit Lake. Again I would love to meet you and learn from an old pro.

I think your residence is a long way away from where I reside in Twin Falls, ID. It would be pretty tough for us to get together with that much distance between us. I would love to help you out but dont think it would work out with the distance between us.
Thanks for the favor of your reply, however.

how close to twin? i live in burley. it seems like we have simmilar interists, i like to hunt just about anything, but i'm not sure how much i will be getting out this year because i have twin boys on the way. my older hunting friend just hunts birds, and the occasional ground squirrel, so it would be nice to have someone to hunt four legged animals with instead of just birds. i killed my first elk last year and am really trying to get back into bigger game, if i could ever draw a tag. if you would like to try to get together for some rock chuck or whistle pig shooting, maybe we can meet up sometime. i do head up to twin every couple weeks.
