Do you wish these were outlawed in your state? Doesn't really matter to me. I have good luck without them most days. But the days that I can't get the ducks attention I like to try whatever I can to make a difference. I guess if I had to make a desision, I would vote them out of TN. |

Here in calif we can't use them till Dec 1 and it seems to work good I have them and use them when needed just depends on the day and how the ducks are flying. I also use three kites and like them better but thats just me. I like the choice and am going to use whatever it takes on those slow days the birds get call shy by Dec and have seen way to many decoy spreads so I change it up all the time. |

I like 'em...and I don't like 'em. I have a few of them but sometimes don't even use them. There are so many hunters in WI that use the things that I think the ducks sometimes tend to shy away from them because they see them so often. On the flip side, I think if you are hunting where there hasn't been a lot of pressure they can be helpful. Of course, that isn't always the easiest thing to do in WI. I do not feel ashamed that I use them. |

I like them, but here in western colorado the hunting pressure on public land is crazy.Early in the season they seem to work well, but later in the season they flare birds. In the last couple of years I have started to downsize my spread later in the season and don't use mr. mojo.It has increased my late season bag. So I don't want them to be made illegal.Other hunters using them helps me. |

I agree with all of you. As Dan mentioned, they seem to help me to when I don't use them at Reelfoot Lake. Everyone on the lake uses from 2 to 15. Some guides up their thinks if they don't use them, that they will not be able to compete with the other blinds. I said that I wished they would ban them in TN. But I really don't know how I would feel if they did. I don't mind throwing one out every now and then. I don't guess it would make alot of difference unless they band them all together in every state. I just remember the first year they came out. It was like finding a gold mine! |

The ones I have take min of 8 mph to fly correctly I had a kite 2 years ago that flew in about 4 mph it was made in europe but it broke and I still haven't found out where to get another still looking if anyone knows who made it. I have never seen another one like that one I got it about 5 years ago used at a swap meet. It was made with cellophane and was much lighter. I liked it the best and have tried to make one like it still a work in progress. In big wind they are the bomb fly them low over your spread and the mallards will come to see whats up widgon like them too as do the sprig. |

I'll have to see if my local waterfowl store carries them. I wouldn't mind giving them a try. |

Reel wings is who makes the ones I have now Cabela's stocks them and you can get then at sportsmanwarehouse also they make them for snow geese also and boy do they work well with a spread of decoys and socks just lay in you spread and cover up and it's on I found that spreading out your decoys to about 10 feet apart and putting your kites behind you works best the snow get so focused on the kites they drop right on you I have even just let my dog out to retreive birds and they don't spook it's a kick reelwings makes both duck and goose kites |

Is anybody using the Baby MO JO mallards ? I have been planning on trying them, and see Cabela's have an entry where you can buy a pair for $99., free freight. The pair run on AA batteries. They have the new magnetic wings also and a 4 foot stake. If anyone has used them, sure would appreciate your comments. Cabela had one review and it was postitive
Thanks
