The second week of May I have to drive from my home in Idaho to the Mayo clinic in Minnesota
I will pass through South Dakota & I have purchased a badlands turkey tag
I have never been to the Dakotas before.
Anyone have any specific locations/advice where to hunt?

Went there 6 years ago with a couple of friends and my little brother. We hunted the public land just west of Cody in the Black Hills. We got lots of action, but were only able to connect on one gobbler between the four of us. Got snowed on a little that weekend, but there was a blizzard there a week or two earlier that kind of messed them up a little.
