Or particularly, Nikon P-22 Rimfire Rifle Scope 2-7x 32mm 1/2 MOA Adjustments NikoPlex Reticle with Rapid Action Turrets Matte, as I copied and pasted. Does anyone have this exact scope on a 22? I just ordered a Savage MKII and I've been looking at these scopes for awhile now. This will be for a smallbore silhouette setup. I'm only shooting fun matches but do shoot standing so the setup will be more accurate than me. I want a scope that I can easily adjust the zero for each distance, without using any tools or removing caps. This one has the standard velocity turrets pre-set for distance, plus comes with HV ones. Of course I will probably need to fine tune to exact distance but that's no big deal. I have not found many reviews of this scope, most people seem to be buying the BDC reticle version. With the mayhem these days in local stores, I don't feel like trying to find one to look at. They are even scarce online but I want to receive the rifle first anyway.

I stumbled across this service bulliten marked November 2012 so perhaps this is why these are hard to find.

I still have not found a scope I think would serve me better, but if you have this scope please let me know how you like it.

Well I'll follow up with my review of this scope so far. I ordered one but have not had a chance to mount it yet. The glass seems clear like a quality scope, the click adjustments are solid, resetting the oversized knobs are an easy pull and twist with appropriate spring tention. I can not review the pre-marked distance increaments on the turrets as its not mounted yet. I think this will be the perfect scope for my applicaiton, however the rifle is another story, or particularily the stock. The Savage synthetic stock is not a one size fits all, seems like a setup for a youth rather than myself, a cheek weld for open sights too. My mind is working, think I can make it work with some simple mods or buy a Boyds for $100. If I end up doing something unique with the stock I'll post pics in the firearms section, but it might be a couple of months.

It seems nobody had any input, I finally had a chance to shoot with the scope out to 100 yds. The standard velocity adjustments were pretty close, but I was shooting smallbore silhouette cast iron targets, so not as good as shooting at paper. I plan on getting out again with some better ammo as well and see exactly how this thing works. If I have further input I'll post again, but so far happy with the scope.

As long as you're happy with it is all that matters. I've got a couple Nikon scopes, but not the model you were asking about.
