Quick question. How long can you keep (frozen) squrrel if it is frozen in a vaccum pack (Seal-a-meal) bag? Thanks in advance for any input.

Can't say for squirrel but it shouldn't be any different than other meats. I'm not familiar with Seal-a-meal so I can't say for sure. The temperature of your freezer also comes into play. I had some yellowfin tuna that I'd caught 3 years prior and it was hiding in our freezer. Thawed it out in the fridge and it tasted just like it did the day it came off the boat. I use a FoodSaver and keep our freezer at -20dF. The key is the temperature and how good of a vacuum it's in.
