does anybody out there eat coons. i got a few that like my feeder corn and i want them gone,if i knew how to cook them i would not be wasting a bullet. if someone has a good recipe for them, i might give it a try. if not i guess i will be wasting bullets.

Wasting a bullet? First you can skin them and sell the hides that would pay for the bullets. A get all the fat off the carcass B cut off the hind quarters and lower back area. C par boil D marinate overnight in your favorite BBQ sauce( if you have meat injector inject some into the meat). E BBQ

My Mom would bake the whole thing in the wood burning cook stove she had as we were growning up, sage and all the othere stuff she used man I can still smell the aroma coming from the kitchen and it has been60 years fantastic eating too I might add. yummy to the tummy.

Any wild game cookbook has receipies for coon. NAHC sends them out hoping you will pay for the book.
