Anyone ever tried making dove jerky? I made some the other night and it turned out great! Kids ate the whole bag before I got off work. If you haven't tried this, it's really simple and good. You can just cut off each side of the breast, and it's ready to marinade. I use Louisianna supreme marinade and sprinkle Cavenders seasoning on top of the meat. And it turns out with a slight amount of spicyness to it. To make it hot, I just add a little cayenne pepper. |
