ok let me start with i never do this so please bear with me!!

let me start with i am a fiskar/gerber fan, have been for oh so many years!! about 2 months ago i got thier newest axe! composit handle and bonded head to handle! the best axe i have ever owned! then about 3 weeks ago i saw a 22 inch machete made by fiskar at wally world! so i thought i should try it! so i did!! when i got it home it had little to no edge to it! so i whipped out my stuff and put an edge on it! then i e-mailed the company just to let them know of my issue with it! thought that would be the end of it! but low and behold i got an e-mail from the company with alot of questions! 1 being to look for thier serial numbers! which it had none! the person was amazed at my story and asked for pictures to prove what i was saying, so i sent the pic`s! to my surprise i got another (sharp) machete in the mail with a coupon good for 40.00 off any product they make!! and i got to keep the 1 i bought!

how cool is that!!!! how many companies would replace something after i knowingly voided the warrenty by sharpening it! plus to send a dollars off coupon too!! i knew there was a reason i liked them, besides the fact i like thier edges!!!

That's the sign of a really good company! The Weber grill company is another one with that kind of commitment to
customer service.

Congrats.

In my case, I lent my Weber gas grill to some guys who needed it for a work lunchtime party. I wasn't home when they came to get it. For those who aren't familiar with Weber gassers, they're made of cast iron so they aren't lightweights. When they were loading onto the bed of the truck they did it so the lid flopped open (down) and snapped the CI hinges right off landing the porcelain CI lid right in the driveway.

The grill was no longer in warranty. They felt horrible and said they'd replace it. They called Weber and told them exactly what had happened and that they wanted to replace it. Not only did Weber send a new lid, but they also sent someone to install it, no charge.

Can't beat companies like these with a stick!

Sounds like that there is a few companies out there worth doing business with. You may have just started a good trend to let others  post about good companies also.
