I always thought Africa was too expensive and too difficult until I went for the first time.  The result was a life long love affair with African hunting and the desire to share the experience with others.  I wrote a book Safari 101, a primer for 1st time African hunters. If you are interested or have questions for me, check out my page here or try www.safari101book.com for reviews and other information.

What exactly do you mean by "got 'em all"?

Are you saying he has killed one of every available animal in Africa?

I don't know anyone who "has them all" but some very rich people might.....but I doubt that too.

setterrun, there was and is a definite need for your book! The only way to keep African hunting alive is by hunters going there and proving animals have a value to the various countries economy and to local villages and people.
And there are lots of hunts in RSA and Namiba that in 5 to 7 days five or more animals will be taken for under $4K plus airfare. Beats the heck outta a 25% chance of success guided moose or elk hunt!
