man this just what we need up here to pinpoint moose and deer activity in our hunting area! don't have any access to private land where we hunt, but am sure we could find a nice little spot we've had our suspicions about. this would really help us foe sure

I never used a trail camera in my life.I would love to try one some time. They probably would probably help me pinpoint deer so i would know where to hang my tree stands. I could use one of those sweet little things.

Hi Gordy. I have one game camera with a night time flash of about 20 feet. The STEALTH cam looks like a nice unit an wouldn't have to place it so close to the feed pile to give me a better view of whats going on, thanks for the greats gift's keep them coming a Vietnam vet.

exactly what I've been looking for to help me figure out when the deer are moving around/ through my neck of the woods. Plus would help me to thin out the coyotes, I've got three dens within a mile of my house.

I have bought and tried so many trail cameras I could start my own camera review service. I went big this last time and ordered a Reconyx. I hope the camera is as good as the hype. I haven't tried a Stealth Camera and would love to try that one and give you a report. Good Luck and Good Hunting....or scouting I should say.

The stealth cam sniper shadow, is advanced technology. I have heard that this device can make all the difference in your field adility to capture the right prey. I have also heard that it make a good home security cam, to set about your house. I have been wanting a stealth cam for over a year now and sure would like to win this one.

Looks like a great product I need to get a scouting camera. There are real big buck on my land and we only have seen them one time each year my son missed on last year and I saw one this year out of the same stand. I think that it's time to get some pictures so that people don't just think we're telling stories.

I used to have two trail cams...one was stolen and the other took the photo of the thief. I quess he didn't look in the right place for the second cam. I always like to use two at a time, they tell me what direction game approach most often so they help with stand placement. This cam looks like a good one to replace the one that was stolen.

I have never owned a trail cam, though I have wanted one ever since we moved into our new house. When we moved in late at night we saw the biggest buck I had ever seen. The mass on his rack was as thick as his leg. Haven't seen him since, but would love to know if he's still around.

I own a few trail cameras and have gotten some beautiful photos of wildlife in the areas I hunt. My son and daughter have both recently passed their hunter safety courses and have begun to hunt with me. They enjoy what surprises could be on the SD card when I bring one back from a scouting trip. I would love to win this camera for them so they can spend more time enjoying and learning about the outdoors by setting the camera on their own.

A great manufacturer of scouting cameras. Unfortunately I have a much older one from a competitor because at the time it was the right price. Trust me when I say that is not the best way to buy equipment. I missed multiple photo ops for bear hunting last year. Get a good camera from a great company like Stealth Cams, then invest in a good bear cage and lock...

Sure looks like an amazing camera, the comment about the flash has always been my opinion as well. I know i would be spooked if a bright flash went off at nigth! This would be really nice to help decide which way these deer are moving!!

I've used Steath cameras up until several years ago. I had a problem with one and could not get any help or any contact with the company. I have not bought one since. They do, however, seem to take some of the best photos. I would like to try their product again to try and change my mind into purchasing these cameras again. Winning one from you might again allow me to start buying from Stealth Cam again. Happy Hunting!!

Gordy, the time lapse feature you talked about would help me out a lot! The field I hunt is in close proximity to public land and the deer are constantly being pushed around. This cam would help me choose a stand location when their traveling patterns change. Thanks for the opportunity.

Only trail cam I ever had I bought for 20 bucks at a garage sale. Had it set up on the back of a ranch over some carrion. A big ( and I mean BIG grizzly) tore it off the tree, rolled on it and peed on it. All I ended up with was 1046 pictures of tree tops and the sky, I see why they sold the worthless thing for 20 bucks!

Scouting were I Elk hunt is a difficult task as it is on the other side of the State. I live in Western Washington and hunt Elk in Eastern Washington. I don’t get to go scouting very often and usually by the time the bow season comes around, the Elk have moved to a different location. I have thought many times that having a good camera that I could set up and check every other weekend or so would be awesome.
This unit would be great because of its size. I would like to see it in camo because not every hunter is an honest one.
This would also work great for Blacktail deer. We have thick forest and you don’t see them that often when you are driving around. I guess the bottom line is that a scouting camera is essential to a good hunt. I should stop talking about it and go get one.

Having a trail camera is a wonderful tool. I originally bought one to get pictures of a fox that my wife had been feeding in the back yard. Since then I have used it for deer on the property that I hunt. The best part about the camera is it doesn't just get pictures of deer, since using the camera, I have collected pictures of every other animal. I have pictures of Turkey, bear, and even a bobcat. The camera makes for an even more exciting trip just to see what has ventured into view of the camera. Utilizing cameras is a must for any property.

I'm writing this poem so that you'll choose me
So i can put your new camera in my favorite tree

With the camera i win from you GORDY KRAHN
I'll get pictures of does, of bucks, and of fawns

I'll get pictures of antlers and pictures of health
And I'll get them from a camera that's branded for STEALTH

With research and scouting all though the year
I'll pattern and learn tendencies of one massive deer

Then one day I'll find him and make sure that he drops
And I'll owe it to GORDY and the "STEALTH CAM UNIT OPS"

This cam sounds like a very awesome set up compaired to my wild game cam. This is the first post I have made to Inside The Box and as a new Life Member I am learning more about this sight and all the great things to be aprt of. I would love to put this to work year around. I recently bought a home with 37 acers and a new camera would help me pattern the deer. I have some older model Stealth Cam units, but the trigger speed was slow to the point that I could walk past them and the picture would take until after I was already past it. I hope their new cameras have faster trigger speed. I also noticed that this unit had three preset settings. I hope that is what I think it is? Would be nice to just go to the woods or a food plot and used a predefined setting based on how you want to take pictures or video.

If I win this it would be my first trail camera. I gotta be honest, It takes a lot of money to hunt the "modern" way. Stands, blinds, clothing, footwear, firearms, ammunition, game calls, cover and attractant scents, optics (riflescopes, spotting scopes, and binocs), trail cameras, food plots and the equipment to make and prepare them, knives, off-road vehicles, 4x4 pick-ups etc., etc. The list seems to be never ending. This "stuff" is all amazing technology, but is enough at times to stress a person out if they feel they can't hunt unless they own it all! I will be thankful for anything I win, but thank God I DO NOT need it to enjoy hunting.

You know, I don't have a whole lot of income to buy all these fancy hunting tools. I suppose if I would stop spending so much time online entering contests, I could work and make some moola to buy some great hunting gear such as this ;)

First of all, I don't have a camera to use, this would be great to use for turkey , deer and anything else out there to map their schedule in the woods. I would like to use this to see if its as good as they say it is.

Nice looking camera, I sure could use one for my hunting area, sure would be nice to see what has made the rubs around me , because I have not seen him live.

I'm sure my Dad would love one of these. He has had so much trouble with earlier ones. This would be a perfect gift for my Dad.

I think that many well placed game cameras WILL help you to "get where you need" I only have one now and am glad to have this opportunity to win one. Thanks for this and the great deer hunting info you provide.

have not tried a stealth cam yet, but think it would step up my game by knowing when deer are moving through my hunting grounds
