I know, I know ... this is long overdue. It's time for an update of the latest and greatest sweepstakes, giveaways and contests that I’ve come across on the Web. Here goes:

Digital Night-Vision Scope Sweepstakes
Here at NAHC, we have an awesome sweepstakes running on our Facebook page. You can enter to win a Pulsar Digisight N550—a digital night-vision riflescope that allows you to record video clips directly through the scope. This puppy is valued at more than $1,600, so you don’t want to miss out on your chance to score it. Make sure you sign up to win by 11:59 p.m. this Sunday, Aug. 5, 2012.

VOTE Target Contest
You could win a Leupold VX-2 3-9X40mm riflescope. If you haven't already gotten involved, all the details can be found at HuntingClub.com/VoteTarget. This ends Aug. 5, 2012, so don’t delay.

Appliance-A-Day Giveaway
Most of you probably remember this giveaway from the past couple of years. ThermaCELL is giving away one Realtree APG camo appliance every day in August. Then, at the conclusion of the giveaway on Aug. 31, 2012, ThermaCELL will be giving one of the daily winners more than $400 in ThermaCELL mosquito repellents and refills. They’ll also be giving a Bad Boy Buggies Ambush vehicle to the person who has the most friends/referrals sign up for the giveaway.

Mathews Moment Contest
Want to win a hunt or maybe a new Mathews Heli-m compound bow? Just enter the Mathews moment contest. All you need to do is submit a video of your "Mathews moment" and fill out the registration form. The first-place winner gets an all-expenses-paid hunt with Dave Watson to be featured on Mathews TV, along with a new Mathews Heli-m. The second-place winner will get a Heli-m. Third through fifth place get an assortment of Mathews accessories and/or logowear. Entries must be submitted by Aug. 15, 2012. Finalists will be picked and voting will open to the public to determine the winner on Aug. 31, 2012, and winners will be announced on Sept. 1, 2012.

Gold Tip Hunt Contest
Gold Tip Archery just so happens to be giving away an awesome turkey hunt for two. Here’s a bit more about the 2012 Gold Tip Hunt Contest: The winner and one guest will receive a 3-day, fully-guided archery hunt for Merriam's turkeys during the 2013 spring season hosted by Double K Guide Service of Gregory, South Dakota. All you have to do is click here, fill out the form and you’re entered to win. The drawing will be held Nov. 16, 2012.

PSE Bow Giveaway
Last, but not least, PSE Archery is giving away a bow package on their Facebook page. From what I can tell, the package includes a PSE Dream Season EVO and 12 Carbon Force Bow Madness arrows; the total package is valued at more than $1,200. This one ends on Aug. 31, 2012.
