“Fail” videos are quite common on YouTube, and while sometimes it’s hard to tell if the failure was somehow planned in hopes of a video going viral, I think it’s safe to say this one is the real deal.

No, this clip isn’t from a Fourth of July parade. Even so, it’s simply too good not to share. (I can’t believe that parade planners didn’t factor in Rudolph’s height prior to the event, but as you can see, they paid the price—no doubt a BIG price.)

I hope the parades you attended this holiday week went smoothly. And remember: Just as the traffic pole punctured Rudolph’s brain, the same can happen to you this weekend if you’re careless with fireworks. Be safe out there; it would be tough to check out my blog next week if you’re missing a few fingers or a thumb.
