Those are all great points. I knew a guy who used to talk about how heavy the draw weight was on his bow. He was so proud until he had a shot at a nice buck and at the moment of truth couldn’t get the bow drawn.
Sometimes I think the issue of draw weight is like the caliber of pistol you carry for protection. I get so tired of hearing, “I like the stopping power”. I always ask if they can hit the broad side of a barn because accuracy is the important thing.

the kenetic energy of a bow can be more powerful than a high caliber rifle try putting a mirror out behind a old paint can full of sand and taking a 30 cal round at 60 yards will do to it . orwell nothing, that's because of pound's of impact. then take a bow with the draw weight at 60 pounds and at 60 yards and do the same thing usualy you will end up with a broken mirror that's thanks to kenetic energy. so why do you think you can go faster encreesing your draw weight you will loose more accuracy and it won't do you any good.
