Check out this amazing Russian redhead, Iza Privezenceva, as she demonstrates the fast-shooting “dagger technique” (in Russian: “kinzhalnaya technika” or “kinzhalka”).

This weekend all the Hollywood hype is about young archer/hunter Katniss Everdeen (played by Jennifer Lawrence) from the new “Hunger Games” movie, but my money would be on Iza if the two met in battle.

Be sure to watch Iza’s video until at least the 1:25 mark when the camera shoots over her shoulder. Not only is she fast (nearly one arrow per second), but she’s accurate, too.

Trivia to impress your hunting buddies: Iza is from Murmansk, Russia, which is the largest city north of the Arctic Circle.
