Check out my biggest gator yet—a 1,000-pound giant. Things get pretty out of control! This gator nearly gets in our little boat, and it's all captured on film for this week's segment of Thank God I'm Hunting! (T.G.I.H!) on "My Take."

Gators are good eating. Tastes like a firmer version of chicken and sure cooks great over campfire coals. The tails look like they'd make a good quiver too...

For more gator hunting footage watch "Swamp People" on discovery or national geographic channel. makes for some entertaining hunting tv when there's nothing else on.
