We just bought my wife the Diamond Edge by Bowtech. It is really designed for kids but it works for women as well. It has an adjustable draw weight from 20 to 60 pounds so she can build up her strength.
All of that said, we know that once she gets to hunting we want to get her a really good bow and use this one for the next up and coming archer. (I have a one year old niece that is currently on my list but her mom doesn't know yet.)
My wife watched one of your videos (the bear hunt with the predator call) and looked at me and said, “I want a bow pink strings”. We have looked at the Jewel online so with your recommendation, it is going on the list.

I think the jewel is great also but my son is looking for a bow for his three daughtersand a freind of mine reccomended the Mathews Mission Kraze. do you know any thing about them and if so what do you think.
