Don’t let that friendly smile on my face fool you! At the moment this picture was snapped I was racking my brain trying to figure out how to sneak out of the Mossy Oak BioLogic booth in that Gamekeeper’s edition HuntVe without anyone noticing. I need one of those on my hunting property! Unfortunately, I can’t win it … but you can!

We know how much North American Hunting Club members like the chance to win great prizes, especially when those prizes can positively impact your hunting enjoyment and success. So here’s an opportunity you’re not going to want to miss:

North American Hunting Club has partnered with the guys at Mossy Oak and BioLogic to launch a brand-new, free weekly e-mail called “Wildlife Obsession,” which is the digital newsletter of Mossy Oak Gamekeepers. The new e-mail will quickly become the source for information, tips, news about equipment, knowledge and deals and discounts to get the most from your time in the field and your hunting property. And because it’s coming from the boys at Mossy Oak, you can be sure the “Wildlife Obsession” e-mail will be the first to share the latest developments in the Mossy Oak Camo world.

Now, if that alone isn’t enough to inspire you to activate your free “Wildlife Obsession” e-mail subscription, there’s also this …

All first-year “Wildlife Obsession” subscribers can also enter to win a custom Gamekeeper’s Edition HuntVe electric utility vehicle and a Mossy Oak BioLogic prize package. The total value is north of $16,000.

In addition to all the great standard HuntVe features, the Mossy Oak Gamekeepers Edition includes a BioLogic Spreader; BioLogic Sprayer; power inverter so you can plug in whatever power tools you need; winch; and specialized tool storage for a chainsaw, hand tools and more. It has a custom paint job with Gamekeepers decals to let everyone know you’re proud of what you do. If there’s a machine that can make the hard work of managing your property any more fun and satisfying, this is it.

Again, for your chance to win, simply go to www.GetWildlifeObsession.com and subscribe to the weekly e-mail. Once you’ve submitted your subscription, the next page you’ll see will let you sign up to win the HuntVe prize package. It couldn’t be any easier. And while you’re waiting to hear when your HuntVe will be delivered, you’ll enjoy a year’s worth of “Wildlife Obsession”—for free.

when I win this I would like to donate it to a great friend who recently had a bad accident and is unable to get around her hunting resort to help feed and care for their deer. Even though I live in CA the buggy would go to her in the great State of Texas.

Well, as a recent member I am wondering why it is that the president of NAHC is in no way available to his members. This seems to be the only possible way for Bill to hear me. Since I have joined i have had to call customer service several times to get magazines, and to stop the outrageously high price books that keep comming to me even though i have told them to stop. It seems Bill is to busy hunting around the country and having to much fun to tend to the quality of his business and that he doesn't really care about the NAHC member. Will be interesting to see if bill reads these comments, which i doubt but we will see. I have a suggestion, have some way for members to reach you Bill, email, phone or whatever , please just don't take our money for hunting trips and ignore the poor service of your company.

They do practice a little deceptive marketing with those books. The DVD's come next. I started receiving the books in the first series. They called near the end but while still getting the first set of books and asked if they could start the next series. I said no, don't want to be making so many payments all at the same time. They started the next series anyway. Took me a couple of months of calling and returning the new series before they finally stopped sending them. Then they started on the DVD series. Had to stop that quickly too. I enjoy the small items they send me to test and get some good information about hunts and stuff. Once you get the books out of the way you can enjoy some of the little benefits.

I too have had problems with customer service. I have tried to get the inside track newsletter delivered to me on at least five different occasions. This has not been successful. I have given up trying. Also, the delivery of items to members, without their consent is wrong. Members should be asked to participate, before sending books or videos.

And still nothing from Bill, doesn't seem to care as long as the money keeps flowing and he keeps hunting all over the country. I will certainly not renew my membership next time around and I would like to think that Bill and the gang have more pride in thier club then what it appears to be. Bill still waiting for some sort of a response, are you out there? Maybe I have to become a life member before any action is takenlol.

I'm here. I'm here. We've been out taping like mad the last few days for North American Hunter-TV. I send these blogs to the IT guys via e-mail and they post them for me. I just happened to have a few minutes in the office this afternoon and was initially pleased to see one of my blogs actually got a few comments -- until I saw what some of the comments are...

North American Membership Group, the parent company of the North American Hunting Club, takes all comments about customer service seriously. However, it's difficult to act unless we're provided with specifics of the interaction -- when did you call, who did you talk to and what promises were made regarding service?

Yes, some of the NAHC's products are marketed via an on-approval process. This is disclosed in the information you received as a new member. However, you are never obligated to keep or pay for any of these items. If you don't want them, simply send them back with the materials provided.

Finally as to "who pays for Bill Miller's hunts" this topic has come up before in the forums and is actually addressed in the FAQ section there. When I'm hunting for my own enjoyment and satisfaction, I pay for everything myself -- travel, licenses, food, accommodations, outfitter (though most of my personal hunts are "on my own"), etc. And if it's not on the weekend, I'm taking my vacation time to do it. In early May I and three buddies went to Argentina to hunt doves on a trip I bought at a charity auction. We split the cost of the hunt and covered our own airfare, etc. This is how my personal hunting is always paid for -- out of my own pocket!

When I'm hunting for the magazine or television more than 95% of the expenses are covered by television sponsors or manufacturers who want to get the word out about their new products and technologies. I am simply among the group of media they are hosting to expose their products for coverage. The amount of "member dues" that pays for any of my hunting is virtually zero.

Now I'm about to head out and spend the weekend working on my personal gear to get ready for the seasons that are just around the corner. I can't wait! The report is that we're going to have one of the biggest duck flights of our lifetime this fall! I hope all of you are looking forward to great hunting this fall, too. --Bill Miller

First off , I am happy to see you read the comments, thank you for responding. As for the day and time of the screw ups i don't have, however, I joined in February and since then I have recieved two magazines and have to call and plead to get the ones that were missed. The books keep comming even after the form has been filled out stating that i am no longer interested in recieving anymore. In addition, the profile I filled out and sent back for the product testing is not in your records according to cs, so i guess I will have to do it again. It gets a little frustrating Bill that one has to work so hard to get what should be a no brainer for the club to keep promises made and it makes one think about thier membership. However, the fact that you are real and do respond gives me hope that the president will be fixing these problems. Now, I wasn't aware of the outstanding duck season forecast for 2011 and may I state for the record if you are short a gun in your blind at any time please let me know and i would be glad to help shoot some duckieslol. Once again I thank you for the response and if I get another grip on I will be sure to let you know. Take care and good hunting to all.
