The crowds have disbanded. The gunshots have silenced. After a solid 5 days of madness, the North American Hunter team has returned to the NAHC home base to recover from another successful SHOT Show.

New for 2012, Rocky is introducing text-friendly hunting gloves. The fingers are made of a conductive material that works like a charm. I tried the gloves at SHOT Show, and they're the real deal.

The "North American Hunter-TV" crew and I have been hitting the SHOT Show floor hard the past 24 hours, seeking out the coolest new hunting gear for 2012! There are so many amazing new products to share, but I think you'll enjoy a few highlights from Day No. 1 in the videos below. Winchester is taking hog hunting to the extreme with some sweet new ammo, and you need to see Remington's latest rendition of their Model 700.

What do you want to see from SHOT Show 2012? 

My deer season has officially come to an end in Iowa. I tried and tried some more, but could not pull out a Tebow win like America’s most interesting quarterback recently did against the intimidating Steelers. I guess all the Tebowing was used up in that game, despite my own requests to the Big Man.
