Sometimes you "hit it" ... sometimes you don't. That's just the name of the game when it comes to hunting, whether it be birds or bucks. This weekend I didn't quite hit it in the waterfowl world.

There's a house bill that's making its way through congress that requires all states to recognize the legal licensing of firearms in the various states. If you're legal to carry in your home state the law would make it legal to carry your firearm into another state.

Although a few years have passed, I’ll never forget my first whitetail hunt in Texas.
